Semi-detached, 2 levels 12th C stone built house, overlooking the valley in a hamlet surrounded by nature. 1st floor : lounge, dining room/kitchen area. Shower and wc on lower level. 2 communicating bedrooms (1 sgle bunk beds - 1 double bed). Electric heating, TV, washing machine, fireplace. Little grounds (35 m²), terrace (10 m²), furniture, barbecue. Surface area : 53 m². IMPORTANT : the gite is in a very narrow street so you can't access with the car. Parking at about 50 m. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : Caroux is a wonderful area for walking, climbing, riding..., as well as gorges d'Héric. You can visit the Priory of St Julien and the classified "most beautiful village of France" of Olargues. Canoe in Orb gorges, lakes of la Salvetat, Laouzas...
